We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return—this policy does not apply to earrings or customised pieces.

If your order is incorrect or just isn’t what you expected, we’re here to make it right! Please note, custom pieces are a little more personal and can’t be exchanged, returned or refunded. 😺
