Every sparkly treasures produced in our studio are also handmade to order.💎 As I balance this passion project alongside a full-time job and life’s other adventures, there may occasionally be slight delays in processing orders, responding to emails, or shipping out your sparkly treasures. Your patience and kindness truly mean the world to me and my little store! If there’s ever a delay with your order, I promise to keep you in the loop every step of the way.🌞💕

We’re thrilled to ship our handmade treasures worldwide!💌 However, please note that prices at checkout do not include any local taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may apply when your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we recommend checking your local government or customs website for more details.
Purring Embers Studio is proudly based in Singapore, and we currently ship via SingPost, our national postal service. Once your parcel leaves Singapore, it is handed over to your local postal carrier, and tracking updates may vary depending on your country’s system. 👉 For the most accurate delivery updates, we recommend checking the website of your country’s postal service using the tracking number provided.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and secure before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, we’re happy to resend it—but a redelivery fee will apply. Returned items must first be received back at our studio in order to be eligible for reshipment.

All orders are shipped from our small cozy studio in Singapore.🍂 The prices you see at checkout do not include customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes.
International parcels may be charged additional fees (i.e. customs charges, Duty or VAT) by your country’s customs office when it arrives. These charges are set by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility—we wish we had more control over it (we really do!), but sadly, we don’t.😿 To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking your country’s customs or tax authority website for more information before placing your order.🛒
As much as we’d love to help you skip those extra charges, we’re unable to mark parcels as gifts or undervalue them—it’s against international shipping laws, and we like to keep things above board (and extra safe🛡️). 📝 Please note: Purring Embers Studio is not and cannot be held liable for any fees, customs charges, Duty or VAT that may be added to your order by your local customs authority.
📦 Lost/Stolen Returns 📦
If you're sending something back to us, please choose your courier wisely! We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Purring Embers Studio is not responsible for any return parcels lost or stolen in transit. Should your chosen courier fail to deliver or misplace your package, you’ll need to contact them directly to file a compensation claim.
